In partnership with Ramsey County Workforce Services, SRFC co-facilitates this countywide y meeting (The 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month from 9 – 10am) with area youth workers from organizations such as Mentor MN, HIRED, Elpis Enterprises, among others and with school district staff from across Ramsey County, and organizations such as The Sundance Family Foundation to work together to increase access for youth to Earn, Learn and Lead in their communities.  We address the gaps and needs that youth tells us is preventing access to opportunities and we strategize how to address these gaps and system barriers in coordination with Ramsey County and their Workforce Initiative.  By working together, we hope to OPEN DOORS OF OPPORTUNITY for ALL youth in our communities, focusing on those who are most marginalized and under supported.
