 Please join us for a cross-cultural, intergenerational community conversation as we explore what it means to Be Well and discuss how we can create our own Self-Healing Communities. Come to connect, share and feast as we build a supportive community focusing on self and community care.  

What to Expect

We are specifically seeking a vibrant cross-cultural mix of participants, and are especially hoping youth, teachers, parents, practitioners and community healers (formal and informal) attend.  

 A delicious feast from vegan to carnivore will be served in abundance using the Marnita's Table model of Intentional Social Interaction. Please dress comfortably. You are our guest for the evening! Please help us spread the word!  

Yes! Children and teenagers are welcome!

Yes! This event is open to the public and free to participate!
